The website was very easy to navigate. I selected a pair of earrings for a friend's 50th birthday. I paid to have them gift wrapped & a message included. The delivery was quick. I was delighted that the packaging was secured but not too much waste and the gift wrap was so nice. My friend was overjoyed with the item & the quality of giftwrap. A brilliant experience. Well done!!!

Nice jewellery, designs just that little bit different to a lot of the stuff out there. I bought a necklace for my wife for our 20 year wedding anniversary and she loves it. Delivery was swift.

Ordered on the 17th December it’s now the 31st of December still no delivery and haven’t heard anything. Meant to be Xmas present not even a new year present so a little frustrated

Didn't deliver when promised and have not answered to any queries via email and never answers the phone.
I've no idea on the status of what I ordered, why it hasn't been delivered, where it is anything.

I love all the jewellery I have bought from Gemondo. The quality is great and the style a little different. This purchase was for the rainbow sunburst stud earrings in sterling silver. Very pretty and catch the light well so they sparkle. I would recommend Gemondo to anyone looking for pretty and quirky jewellery at a great price.

My ring is faulty. Gemondo said that as I took it to another jeweller that the warranty is void. How am I supposed to know a ring is faulty if it's not assessed? That's $1,000 to me and Gemondo has washed their hands of it. Not even an independent assessment from them. True nature of a company is how they deal with issues. I won't be dealing with them again.

That company has an identical website which is a scam !!!
I purchase the ring, my money was taken and there was no answer.
Eventually, I wrote on the customer service email and they inform me that it's a copied, scam site and they can't do anything about my purches.
Funny enough a few weeks later and Gemondo still didn't deal with the fake site knowing (approving) about its egzistance.

I ordered a ring for my granddaughters twenty first birthday. It arrived within two days and I was absolutely delighted with the ring. It was everything I hoped it would be. I ordered another ring shortly after and was equally delighted and would look on your site first if I need anything else Thank you Gemondo.

I got this bangle for the anniversary of my first asking my now wife out 25 years ago, I gave it to her on Saturday and on Sunday one of the stones had fallen out, not very good for something that was so expensive. I emailed customer services on Sunday and early Monday morning Crystal had replied and sent a link to return the bangle, there is nothing worst than having a faulty item and getting no response for the supplier, luckily Gemodo is not one of them

This is the first time I have bought jewellery from Gemondo and I am very pleased. The bracelet is just as expected. So pretty and delicate and can’t wait to wear it once the weather warms up! Super fast delivery and beautifully presented. Ethically sourced gemstones and Jewellery are of utmost importance to me. I saw cheaper versions of this particular bracelet ( although nowhere near as nice) but resisted. Good fair price for such a beautiful piece of jewellery.

I purchased earrings from Gemondo on 5th December 2020. They arrived and I was very disappointed with them. I contacted Gemondo immediately and was advised to return the earrings for a full refund. 6 weeks later I emailed and they told me they had received my returned earrings and would organise a refund asap. Here I am 14 months later and after numerous emails during this period, I still have not received the refund. I paid the full price for the earrings plus return postage but have no refund. I am so disappointed with the poor service and non existent refund.
